Newer family homes where builder-grade carpet and laminate are being replaced with hardwood and luxury vinyl plank, basements are being finished, and bathrooms are getting tiled showers. Also offices in the Kanata business parks.
Growing neighbourhoods with lots of basement finishing, where LVP over the slab is the usual choice, plus upgraded ensuites with heated tile floors and new hardwood stairs.
Established homes from Centrepointe to Craig Henry, where carpet is coming out for hardwood and vinyl, older bathrooms are being re-tiled from the studs, and backsplashes finish kitchen updates.
