Waterproofing & membranes
Schluter KERDI and DITRA systems, washroom mock-ups, and epoxy grouts where the specification calls for them.
Resilient flooring
Luxury vinyl tile and plank, sheet vinyl, cork, rubber wall base and tactile warning indicators.
Carpet
Commercial carpet tile and broadloom for corridors, offices and amenity spaces.
Hardwood
Solid and engineered hardwood for suites, custom homes and amenity rooms.

How We Work With You
From bid documents to closeout.
1. Send the documents
Drawings, finish schedule, specifications and addenda. Email them to info@agoraflooring.com.
2. Itemized pricing
A takeoff and price by finish, with clarifications, exclusions and any questions for the consultant flagged early.
3. Submittals & mock-ups
Product data, samples and mock-ups as the specification requires.
4. On site
Installation scheduled around the other trades. When material is in stock, we can usually start the same week.
5. Closeout
Extra stock, care and maintenance information (see our floor care guides), and a workmanship warranty of up to one year.

Do you price tenders from drawings and specifications?
Yes. Send the drawings, finish schedule, specifications and any addenda, and we return an itemized price with our clarifications, exclusions and any questions for the consultant.
Can you handle multi-unit buildings and phased work?
Yes. Our teams have completed full-building packages such as the 270-unit Hintonburg Rentals and the 288-suite Rideau Registry, working floor by floor around the other trades.
Do you supply the materials?
We supply and install, and we also install owner-supplied material. Either way we follow the specified products and the manufacturers' installation requirements.
Can you complete our prequalification forms?
Yes. Send your prequalification package with the bid documents and we'll complete it.

We stand behind every installation with a workmanship warranty of up to one year.
3D design consultations
Our favourite part! See your room finished in hyper-realistic 3D before anything is installed. From $150, and the design fee is waived when you hire us. See the packages.
