Planning a renovation? For over 26 years our teams have installed tile, stone, hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate and carpet across Ottawa, from a single bathroom or kitchen to basements, whole homes and buildings.
What We Install
Renovating a bathroom, a kitchen or a whole floor? One team does the tile and the floors, from a single room to a whole building, for homes, condos and commercial projects. We supply and install a wide range of flooring options (tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and carpet) for homes, condos and commercial buildings, including high-traffic areas, and give free estimates in person, by phone, by email or online, with installation often the same week when your flooring is in stock. Already bought your floor from a flooring store? We can install that too.
Porcelain, ceramic and large-format tile for floors and walls. We install bathroom and shower tile, kitchen backsplashes and mosaics. Showers are waterproofed with Schluter Kerdi and set on a level mortar bed, with Ditra underlayment under tile floors.
Marble, granite and stone tile for lobbies, entrances, floors and fireplace walls. Slabs are book-matched and levelled for a seamless finish.
Solid and engineered hardwood installation, including wide-plank floors, installed flat and tight with stairs, trim and transitions to match.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP), vinyl tile and sheet vinyl, plus resilient and cork flooring. They're water-resistant and hard-wearing, which suits kitchens, basements, condos and rental units.
Broadloom carpet installation for homes, and commercial carpet tile for condo corridors and offices, laid pattern-true and built for traffic.
Commercial flooring for lobbies, corridors, offices, institutions and aquatic facilities, and full-building packages for condos and rental buildings, like the 270-unit Hintonburg Rentals and Canterbury Pool.
Also: bathroom and shower tile, kitchen backsplashes, laminate, stairs, baseboards and trim, heated floors and tile and grout repair. See typical flooring costs in Ottawa.
Serving Ottawa and the surrounding region, including Kanata, Orléans, Nepean, Barrhaven, Stittsville and Gloucester, plus nearby towns such as Carleton Place, Arnprior, Rockland and Kemptville. Request a free estimate or call 613-501-0963.

About Agora
For over 26 years, Agora Flooring has installed floors across Ottawa — condominium lobbies and corridors, offices, institutions, custom homes and single-room renovations.
Our installation teams specialize in every surface — tile and stone, hardwood, carpet and resilient flooring — so we can take on a single bathroom or an entire multi-unit building with the same standard of care. Every job starts on time, stays clean and finishes at the price we quoted.
Our floor contractors have installed more than 850,000 square feet, from the 270-unit Hintonburg Rentals and the 288-unit Rideau Registry at 70 Nicholas Street to Canterbury Pool and Teraanga Commons at Carleton University, as well as schools across the city. Site supervisor Fergan Sik brings more than 20 years of experience to every job, and we have had no lost-time injuries in 26 years. More about Agora Flooring.
The work you don't see is where a floor succeeds or fails, so we start there: flat, solid subfloors, the right membrane under tile, waterproofing behind every tiled shower, and layouts planned so the cuts land where they look best. We are WSIB covered, carry $2 million in liability insurance, and every estimate comes with a clear written quote.
Homeowners call us for tiled showers, bathroom floors, kitchen backsplashes, heated floors, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and tiles and carpet for stairs and basements. Builders and general contractors bring us in for condos, rental buildings, schools and institutions, where the same standard has to hold across hundreds of units. Either way, our install services run as one job with one team: we measure, help you choose materials that suit the room and the budget, prepare the floor properly, install it and leave the space clean. Not sure what you need yet? Our flooring guides answer the questions we hear most, and a 3D design consultation shows you the finished room before work starts.
