Simple care routines for every floor we install, so your tile, stone, plank, hardwood or carpet looks as good in ten years as it did the day we finished.

Five habits that protect every floor

  • Mats at every door, outside and in. Grit and Ottawa road salt do more damage than anything else.
  • Felt pads under furniture, and chair mats under rolling chairs.
  • Gentle, pH-neutral cleaners made for your floor type. Skip vinegar, bleach, wax and "shine" products unless your manufacturer says otherwise.
  • Wipe spills quickly, and never leave standing water on wood or laminate.
  • Keep spare material from your installation: a few tiles, planks or carpet tiles make future repairs invisible.

After your installation

Give new floors time to settle before heavy use: tile and grout need time to cure, and glued floors need time to bond. See how long before you can use new tile. Your workmanship is warranted for up to one year, so if anything doesn't look right, call us.

We stand behind every installation with a workmanship warranty of up to one year.

Our favourite part! See your room finished in hyper-realistic 3D before anything is installed. From $150, and the design fee is waived when you hire us. See the packages.
